Lotus cottage offers you privacy and romance with a choice of two delightful bed and breakfast studio ensuite rooms, each with an independent entry via a peaceful garden setting.

Centrally located down a leafy avenue of maple trees you will be a 2-minute walk to local restaurants and a comfortable walk to both the Te Puia Geothermal Park and the central business area.

Each room features an independent entry and ensuite and is imaginatively decorated with fresh flowers, quality queen bed with pure Egyptian cotton linen. Each room has tea, coffee and toast making facilities along with a refrigerator.

An optional continental breakfast of homemade toasted muesli, yoghurt and local preserves will be delivered to your room upon request

 Your hosts will respect your privacy but, as life long residents of Rotorua, will also be willing join in a glass of New Zealand wine or provide any assistance to ensure your stay here is a memorable one.

 Room rate: $NZ 100 per night for a couple
An additional $NZ20 for breakfast
